As an artist, I strive to capture the essence of my own experiences. I am interested in how we all thrive or struggle in different ways due to the environment we find ourselves in. What is the legacy this process leaves behind? My forms take root in the natural world. I strive to create sculptures in which vulnerability and strength are revealed together.
There are many versions of home that exist in nature. I hope my work inspires the viewer to think about how we sit within the world we are surrounded by and what connects us to the idea of home.
